• Google Analytics: Analytics metrics are processed by Google LLC. Data may be stored and processed on servers located outside India (e.g., in global Google data centers). Analytics cookies are loaded only after your affirmative consent.
• Form Delivery Infrastructure: Form submissions are securely relayed via Cloudflare HTTPS endpoints directly to our official business inbox ([email protected]). Our worker infrastructure relays message content directly without storing personal data at rest.

4. Data Retention

Form submission records received via email are retained for up to 12 months for customer service context, after which they are securely deleted unless required for ongoing contractual or legal obligations. Analytics cookie data (if accepted) is retained according to browser lifetime settings or until cleared by the user.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
